  2. Wow Bob good job there, got any others that you made?
  3. Josk K and I skied up a logging road to get near the greatness known only as "Big Hill"- Only to be thwarted on the summit bid by blisters. Still, we had a great time on the first snow outing of the season, and we were visited by strange Light-Beings it seems. The Pics. Oh, those loooong nights.
  4. God Bless the L+F Forum, I am getting my baby back! Thanks to KEVINO and MARK and the Mighty CC.C I am calling off the Amber Alert, Thanks!
  5. Wow , such a great thread developing here. Fascinating history lesson! It was a very impressive movie to me as a lad. Scared me right into the sport. I tried to stay up late one night a few years ago to watch it, but it was just awful to me that evening.
  6. Is it possible to have a download copy of the topo on this thread? please

    I'm Coming Back!

Wallingford is the best area in my opinion. Ballard, then lower Queen Anne after that. They are all close enough to downtown for the bike thing, I have been enjoying the busses too . Enjoy!

She is still trying, but she is mostly destroying the GOP! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/23/palin-endorses-hoffman-sn_n_331279.html
  15. We climbed it today and what a shame, it is such a great route . It is possible to goto another anchor off to the side in the end, and set up a long sling/blue tcu backup. I am thinking freeze-thaw has loosened up the flakes. If they are long bolts, the anchor is prolly ok, but...

    Survive

Cave rescue sounds difficult to say the least.
  17. Mostly just the intro .
  18. Um, yeah.. Seriously though, To say the least, it is an amazing book. It is the bible of the sending at a high level. It could have save me years of messing around! I thought Twights' book was great , but this is where he left off. We will only realize sooner or perhaps later that this work is among the classics of our very interesting age . While in it , it is difficult to be conscious of what we are part of. This is a Golden Age thesis, in our time, of our own brand, about this sport
  19. Off-season fun, good job
  20. Just freakin awesome Mike, cant wait to get a copy! It must be very exciting to have seen this project through, I can only imagine.
