what about doing pull ups then locking off to one side for seven seconds,then lower and pull up and lock off the other side, use a really wide grip to make harder. use a really narrow grip to make eaisier AKA typewriters,, for me ice season means, time to head south!! cause Im weak,, nic

Viper is a boulder problem in Squish Dru next time you try that thing, on the starting hold ajust your hand to instead of crimping to a sidepull with your thumb on top, it makes it a little easier, somehow it works!! but the upper part is still desparate, I have to add the lotus flower tower to my list, nic
