Do I eat gu?! Hell no! Fried Chicken in the backcountry maybe but never gu. If you bring fried chicken you dont need to cook (less weight no stove) and it tastes good cold.

The photos came out real nice. It did not look this friendly when we were in this spot last month. Sometimes mob climbing is ok. It makes for socializing.

Re-A route should not have to be easy or done by everyone and their brothers and sisters in order to be "classic". ***************************************** I agree with those comments 100%. Myself I climb easy routes. Consider this- I think Jim has climbed a lot of routes. Wouldn't he know better than many others how to identify a classic route? Rhetorical...

I prefer glaciated approaches. The scenery is better for me. I've looked at plenty of bushes even close up. So I know what they are about
