Perhaps we could put the designated location for the pub clubs on the calendar every month, (i.e. seattle, tacoma, east side) and thus settle the bickering that happens every week just a little bit more? Once the neighborhood question gets settled nobody seems to dispute the venue to much. Consensus is in order!

Disabled access? 1500 miles of trail? Seems like constructive uses to me, I'm willing to shell out the green for that. Reduced usage? Mixed feelings on that one. On one hand, the less people out there, the better, but on the other, I think the world would be a better place if everyone got outside once in awhile. I'd definitely need to learn more about this before formulating my opinion though. danke caveman, but I have the day off and am spending at Index as it is, if there are going to be any other people out there enjoying a beverage or two in the parking lot, I'll stay and pretend I'm sitting in that old bus/van thing that isn't there anymore. If thats a no-go, I'm all for showing up late wherever pub club is.

Good deal. I, uh, like bouldering a lot. The REAL qustion however, is why no one publishes a guide for Spire Rock!? In my opinion, thats the best bouldering in the whole state. I'd get a little miffed if someone started climbing under me, however if the top ropers didn't mind, who cares? If you have a problem with it, say something, I'm sure most people would move if you tipped your hat to them and said "please". Otherwise, let them take a rock in the teeth if they truly want it. Ok, so I see four other threads discussing the location. I vote to merge them all into this thread for less confusion. Now then, where are we going?!?!! I've heard a thousand different suggestions, and am not even sure if its still in Ballard. Someone enlighten the masses. If you're just going to suggest another location, take it to one of the other four threads!!!!!
