Wow, great luck on the permit and weather and tough wife! Nice to see this. I spent a lot of time up in there like 10-15 years ago before it got quite so crazy and I miss it. One of these years I’ll go back, maybe when my son is old enough. :-)1 point

Funny, we found an abandoned rope in the "Black Notch" on Goode in 2012 where someone rapped the wrong gully and left the rope behind for some reason. We decided to just haul it out partially due to it being garbage in the mountains but also because it was set up on the wrong rap route. It's a long ways to haul a rope, especially when it's not yours to start with.1 point

This part really got my attention. We climbed it unroped with our axes in low dagger, wearing crampons. Blue collar good times! Thanks for the backstory on the various routes in your books @pms!
