Â Road is open as snow and conditions permit. Watch for ice and new snow when snow levels drop (parking lot is at 3700 feet). Parking lot is small and turn-around can be difficult. Road can be rutted and rough, drive slowly. Narrow with switchbacks and very few pull-offs. Â If I can find a way for my buddy to get the sand out of his mangina it will be a trip to dig out the lookout.
