Peter_Puget Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 it's not a crag if your buzz can burn off between the parking lot and the base! I prefer the following: It's not a crag if you can't hit it with a rock thrown from the parking lot. Quote
Alex Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Ergo, there should be a parking lot bulldozed to Colchuck Lake? Quote
Peter_Puget Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 To the far side of the lake would be nice. Quote
bwwakaranai Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Regardless of the quality falling way short of the aforementioned crags, Cumberland Crags is still my favorite... but I'm weird like that :0) Hard to label CBR and Squire Creek Wall as crags but whatever you'd call them I call them awesome. and of course consider Index, L-worth, and Darrington as the big 3. The beauty of Washington State....A lot of variety here Quote

JimThompson Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Mt. Erie is my local crag, is never crowded, and always has great views. April 12 is the annual trail work morning and climbing afternoon. Come join us! Quote
matt_warfield Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) My favorite WA areas are Squamish amd Smith. Sue me. I'm a climber without borders. Vantage on a warm spring or fall day isn't so much about climbing but worshiping the sun. Edited April 3, 2014 by matt_warfield Quote
