billcoe Posted September 2, 2010 Posted September 2, 2010 What would "adm" "mo" and "ipo" stand for on a court docket with respect to exhibits offered by the prosecution and defense? Off hand, I would suggest this is the legal equivalent of Larry, Curly and Moe! If I'm wrong, and you go to jail for my advice, please let me know and I'll bring you cookies. Quote
geoff Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 adm probably means it was admitted into evidence. not sure about the others, but mo could mean there were motions related to the exhibit. could probably call court and ask any clerk in the office. Quote
max Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 modus operandi? "It largely consists of examining the actions used by the individual(s) to execute the crime, prevent its detection and/or facilitate escape." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modus_operandi Quote
