rocketparrotlet Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 haha. I think my climbing is inversely proportional to my time spent on cascade climbers. My time is directly proportional- it's how I find my partners. -Mark Quote
summitchaserCJB Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Ya agreed. I guess it is primarily "alpine" oriented. Quote
summitchaserCJB Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Not me- I sit around and read about climbing when I can't do it. Quote
rocketparrotlet Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Me too- I get to head out every couple of weekends. I wish I could climb more, but I do the best I can with only weekends off and waiting out the weather. I sit around and read about climbing when I can't climb, but I climb whenever I have a chance. -Mark Quote
Josh Lewis Posted January 20, 2010 Author Posted January 20, 2010 Now my Hidden Lakes Peak trip was off trail but did not require much use of hands, but was very beautiful and snowy, I put in a lot of photos from the place, and it was diffrent from the average hike for me. So my thoughts are so long as my story is entertaining and has plenty of photos of a hike which if it's a hike I could limit the amount of hike posts that way I don't turn into a hike poster but at the same time I share some of my adventures when I am not climbing. Sound good? Quote
RokIzGud Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Post away! Iv seen TRs on rafting (isnt that more of going down).... Besides theres not really that many TRs that are posted and its nice to see new pictures. Quote
ivan Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 the only requirement for tr's is pictures... ...and coarse language ...and titty ...and substance abuse ...and a slyly expressed cynical world-view ok, just pictues...and profanity. Quote
denalidave Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 If Ivan does a TR for going to the liquor store, anything goes... Quote
matt_warfield Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 If Ivan does a TR for going to the liquor store, anything goes... My local liquor store has a lady who sees me come in and says "Here comes trouble" because I chat up the staff and customers in a "humorous" fashion. Quote
