olyclimber Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 According to the map we've only gone 4 inches. Quote
olyclimber Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Well, it's not gonna do us any good sitting here whining about it. We're in a hole. We're just going to have to dig ourselves out. Quote
Off_White Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 You are a pussy if you cant take the heat. If reading their posts just aggravates him and leaves him unhappy, ill-tempered, and prone to saying things best left unsaid, then using the "ignore" function is a reasonable response. As a moderator, I've never considered the ignore button an option, I need to be able to read anything anyone writes. In truth, I'm seldom tempted by it anyway, even if once in awhile someone punches one of my buttons. Quote
AlpineK Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 I don't use ignore for the same reason. Quote
mike1 Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 curious - if you choose to ignore another user, then what? You can't see any of their posts? TR's? If I ignore Lucky, then do I automatically get to ignore Pope and Raindawg as a bonus? Can I ignore myself? If I ignore everyone will my screen just go white. This is what keeps me up at night... AlpineK Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 You see that they posted on a thread, perhaps in response to you, but all you see is a message saying, "you are ignoring this user," however when another user quotes them then you see what they said. Try it out. You can always stop ignoring a user after a bit. Quote
