mountainmatt
I am looking to head up to Darrington this weekend and I would like to clear out the remaining trees blocking the road to the 3 O'clock trailhead. Does anyone have a good saw or a chainsaw that I could borrow for the weekend?
mountainmatt
Bump. No one has anything I can use this weekend? I would prefer to not have to cut trees down with my pocket knife.

Pete_H
If I had a chainsaw I wouldn't let you borrow it.

Pete_H
It would be like letting a stranger borrow your skis. Hell no. If I had a handsaw, I'd let you borrow that though.
rocky_joe
go rent one from a stihl shop they'll prob get 50 big ones of you, but better than throwing down 600 for a decent saw. and no you can't use mine (cuz I don't have one).
skjos
You can find a decent used Stihl on craigslist for around $200.
AlpineK
It would be like letting a stranger borrow your skis. Hell no. If I had a handsaw, I'd let you borrow that though. If I'd seen you operate chain saws for a few months straight at work I might think about it. I'll let you borrow my crappy hand saw.
Alpinfox
I've got a handsaw you can borrow. Don't own a chainsaw.
