Isn't 'GOP traitors' redundant since the GOP is the party of the greedy fuckers who bankrupted America in order to line their pockets? I mean how can one be a traitor to the party that committed treason?

Republicans aren't traitors. Please. Let's not sound like Palin's fans.

I didn't say republicans were traitors. I said the GOP betrayed the country's interests and I wouldn't do so if most people didn't think that bankrupting the country in order to benefit personally from it wasn't a form of treason.

As to Palin, we had 8 years of Reagan and 8 years of Bush the second in the last 30 years so it's not like we are not used to electing incompetent demagogues.

Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Barbara Boxer, Franklin Reins, Jamie Gorelik, and George Soros are Republicans? I never knew!

Don't they know McCain's the "comeback kid"? (Coming back to the Senate is more like it.)

I think many right-wing pundits--and even FoxNews--may have decided they have a vested interest in an Obama victory. Their Nielsen numbers will soar! Of course, Obama and the Democrats will be busy shredding the first amendment via a revived and even more venomous version of the "Fairness Doctrine" while NPR and PBS are pumped full of taxpayer cash. (Borrowed, of course.)

Um, the Equal Protection (fairness) clause has little to nothing to do with the 1st Amendment. Never has.
