olyclimber Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 dang, thought this topic was about my favorite school program the answer is pretty obvious rob: do what is in your own best interests. a.) is not a good choice, you know that b.) yes, start looking now! most of the time if you can transition internally they don't mind that you can't start right away c.) look externally now as well! you may lose your stock awards, but remember that those things are just a carrot to keep people around. when you seek compensation for the new company they may be willing to give you a signing bonus or some compensation to make up for (or at least make a dent in) the value you lose by coming over to them. d.) keep your pecker up, and i would hold off on any trips with tvash for a while Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
