kevbone Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Enough talk about guns in parks and cost of living……back to serious questions….. Hypothetically speaking: If you were going to be strained on an island and was able to bring with you some music…..who would it be? Requirements for this is you could only bring 5 bands worth of music…..but, you could bring all of their music with you. What bands would it be? Alice n chains. Beatles Queen Black Sabbath Paco De Lucia Quote

tvashtarkatena Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 BTW, do I have a dance partner on this island? Quote
StevenSeagal Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Well there's only room for one of us here, so looks like you're goin' swimmin'. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 I'm going to swim round and round the island singing Benny and the Jets at the top of my lungs until you choke yourself to death on the coconut. Quote
minx Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Not bands, but in the same spirit: Beethoven Sibelius Dvorak Tchaikovski all symphonic works at least... nice, Dvorak and Sibelius are favs but i'd probably only take Dvorak. it can't all be symphony. i'd add in john williams (the classical guitarist, not the movie theme composer) Quote

I'll also add Debussy I imagine being on an island will be boring, relaxing at night listening to this stuff would be more enjoyable to Metallica or Iron Maiden. :-)) Quote
sexual_chocolate Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 if i was gonna be strained on some friggin island, i'd bring tiger balm and x-lax. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 if i was gonna be strained on some friggin island, i'd bring tiger balm and x-lax. judging from watching some of those "survival" shows, I don't think constipation would be an issue. Quote
