flashclimber Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Well Kevin and I decided to spend our President's Day at Index. Enroute we thought there would be a parking lot full of cars. When we did arrive only one car was in the lot. We tried to get on Thin Fingers, but it was a little wet. The direct start to Godzilla was soaking wet. And a party was aiding on the bolt start to it. So we moved on to the first pitch of Japanese Gardens. It was 68 degrees outside and Thin Fingers was mostly dry. Kevin led the first pitch without a hitch. We top roped it 3 times each and moved over to Princely Ambitions. I led the route. It was a little dirty, but dry and open. Overall it was quite the pleasant climbing day in mid-February. Quote
