StevenSeagal Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 veganism, baby "I love animals, they taste great" Love that bumper sticker. That figures, appealing as it does to low IQ's. Your other favorite probably is the Calvin pissing decal. Quote

Off_White Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 Given my druthers, I prefer to trade goat cheese for eggs with Diane from down the road, but the store bought organic free range aren't bad at all. I confess, all those pictures of discarded male chicks made me think this thread should be labeled NSFTR: Not Safe For The Rooster. Here's corn to you. Quote
StevenSeagal Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 well maybe a beer with it. Don't forget the side of e:coli and parasites! mmmm. Quote
The_Rooster Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 I lost a lot of my family to factory farms! Thankfully, I hopped into the back of a pickup truck and escaped to an organic farm. See my bio for the whole story. I confess, all those pictures of discarded male chicks made me think this thread should be labeled NSFTR: Not Safe For The Rooster. You got that right, buddy. I'm never going back there. Here's corn to you. Dinner!!!! COCK A DOODLE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote

catbirdseat Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 We grow our own eggs here. Of course we don't have any room for roosters. The roosters end up in the cooking pot. Quote

Now roosters are a different story..... I wonder when the laws are going to change so we are not able to harm chickens. You would be thrown in jail if you treated horses, dogs, birds, and really any other animal like that. Quote
mtn_mouse Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Give up meat. My fellow snafflehounds get along just fine on alpine forbs and grasses and climbers stash. Just get yourself a haystack for the winter and hibernate. Quote
