sweatinoutliquor Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 Has anyone here ever ordered anything from Grivel North America's webpage? I placed an order 2 weeks ago, got a confirmation email, but never actually got anything charged or shipped... I emailed and got no response. Then called office number on their page and got a bunch of full voicemails that wouldn't let me leave a message. Basically, I couldn't get anyone. So... Just curious if anybody has had any experience with these guys. Thanks! Quote
counterfeitfake Posted January 15, 2007 Posted January 15, 2007 I used their website to order a pair of long spring bars for my crampons, and I got them in a pretty timely manner. Quote

sweatinoutliquor Posted January 16, 2007 Author Posted January 16, 2007 Thanks guys! I forgot that yesterday was a holiday, and that's probably why they didn't answer the phone. Quote
carolyn Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 I had to order some frontpoints for my rambos, which I couldnt find online for the life of me. I called and spoke with mike? He was very pleasant and helpul. I had my frontpoints within a few days. I think his name is listed on the initial message directory. Â Beside the holiday, its also a busy time of year with Outdoor Retailer right around the corner. Â Â Â Quote
sweatinoutliquor Posted January 16, 2007 Author Posted January 16, 2007 Got an email today with apology for delay. Apparently the product was discontinued but I didn't get notified by accident. No hard feelings though, cause I like there stuff a lot Also because they blamed the italians for discontinuing it. Quote
