Weekend_Climberz Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 Man, I still didn't get the double-neck I have on my list every year. At least you are half way there. Quote
kevbone Posted December 26, 2006 Author Posted December 26, 2006 Dude, that is sick. Would love one of those. Then I could pretend I am Page! Great picture. Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 I would prefer the tobacco burst, but couldn't find a pic of that. I think a late 50's model is around $10000-$15000. Anyone want to trade me for my POS car? Quote
counterfeitfake Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 That must be the OP Link Cam of guitars. Quote
Doug Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 Was the SG made prior to 1960? If'n you all are nice, I'll post a pic of my 67 SG Custom. Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 The double neck was first made in 1958. http://www.kellyindustries.com/guitars/gibson_sg_double_neck.html Quote

kevbone Posted December 26, 2006 Author Posted December 26, 2006 Do you know any Dream Theatre songs? No Dream Theatre songs. I was influenced about 10 years ago when I saw Korn open up for Ozzie in Seattle. Thought there heavy sound was killer. Thought the band was OK. I started playing in a band with a bass player who had a killer 6 string bass. So, naturally I had to have a 7 string. Have been playing on it exclusively for about 5 years now. Fuckin love it. Quote
Cobra_Commander Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 Fuck yeah nothing beats the rock power ballad, where above guitar is mandatory. Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 I still prefer the Wolfgang's drop D knob over a low B string anyday. Quote
kevbone Posted December 26, 2006 Author Posted December 26, 2006 I still prefer the Wolfgang's drop D knob over a low B string anyday. Whats cool about it is I have the low D and the lower B. Its all about how slow and heavy can I play. Quote
