jon
I'm so angry! I went into Starbucks this morning and ordered my usual Lowfat Soy Macchiatto Half Caf and the young women behind the counter used milk that had already been frothed!!!! Did she not pay attention in Latte School or what??!!! You can only froth milk once!!!

RogerJ
I was once at Starbucks and I specifically asked them to only heat the soy to 165.5f and they transposed the number written on the cup to 156.5. How could they expect me to drink such a thing! I filed out one of those feedback forms and mailed it in. However I never heard back. My only recourse was to write an ad on CRAIGSLIST complaining of the incident and hope that my fellow disenfranchised $tarbucks patrons would empathize. My next recourse will be to open my own corner coffee stand and hope that only my true friends will visit with me and share coffee and delightful anecdotes of their various escapades and hijinx. More to follow...
underworld
the other day i asked for a cappuccino, they asked if i wanted a regular cappuccino or a dry latte. ...but i wanted a wet cappucino.
Dechristo
I love Al Cappucino...he's such a sensitive actor. Did anyone else plumb the depths of their full range of emotions watching him in "Scent of a Woman"?
magellan
They charged five bucks for two shots and a double fist pump of moo! What an outrage! I almost didn't get a scone. And I barely tipped.
