Mt. Temple

I saw there is a thread on this topic but it died. Seriously, has anyone out there climbed Mt. Temple and can give me beta so I don't miss the correct peak?

At first glance, I thought you were talking about "Mount Temple" -- which is near Lake Louise in Banff National Park and you can't miss it. Maybe rename this threat "The Temple?"

Starting at Prussik Peak and heading East along the ridge crest almost guarantees you will summit on Temple sooner or later. No risk of "missing the correct peak" then.

if you are talking about Kangaroo Temple, near the Liberty Bell massif, you basically hike up to Kangaroo Pass from the hairpin turn on highway 20, and you cant miss it to the Southeast of the pass. Its a fairly basic level traverse along some climbers paths n such to get over there. Beckey's red has an good picture of it, the S face I blieve, which is essentially the view you are greeted with from the pass.

He's talking about Mt Temple on Temple Ridge. Which is marked as the Temple on maps but Beckey calls it Mt Temple.

Interesting to see Kyle Flick's name in the above thread link. Met the guy on Mt. Goode this year (he and his group were coming up fast behind us). Definitely a good climber, so whatever he has to say would probably be worth paying attention to.
