bunglehead Posted August 29, 2005 Posted August 29, 2005 So has anybody else here had the extensive experience I have with eating expired food products? Some things I've learned: When meat's expired, it's no good. Milk can be safely consumed up to a month over it's expiration date. Yogurt, 1-3 months. Tomato paste never seems to go bad. Baking with expired baking powder can only end in disaster. Butter can go sour. Anybody else? Quote
olyclimber Posted August 29, 2005 Posted August 29, 2005 Thats pushing the envelope bunglehead. Do you live next to the Food Outlet? Quote
archenemy Posted August 29, 2005 Posted August 29, 2005 When I am super duper bored, I look at the free stuff on Craigs list. Looking at the SHIT that people are trying to give you in order to avoid paying a dump fee is amusing. My current favorite is broken concrete. Hey, its free! Quote
olyclimber Posted August 29, 2005 Posted August 29, 2005 is there any free expired food? maybe some old cottage cheese? Quote
