I had a principal in Alaska that would do that to me during meeting when he wanted support from the "Negative Bunch". We were the wrestling coaches and one basketball coach. It always bothered me that he would wink at me and expect me to gather in the cowboys to push the herd in the direction he wanted everyone to go. Without our support he would eventually push what ever agenda he had but it just took longer and did not get everyone on the same wagon heading west. His quote not mine. By he way he was a prick.
