Is oral sex really illegal in Utah?

I maintain that adults should be able to engage in whatever consensual physical acts of love they desire, although homosexuality is gross shizmo. The following is quoted from Title 76, Chapter 5 of the Utah State Code:

 

76-5-403. Sodomy -- Forcible sodomy.

 

A person commits sodomy when the actor engages in any sexual act with a person who is 14 years of age or older involving the genitals of one person and mouth or anus of another person, regardless of the sex of either participant.

A person commits forcible sodomy when the actor commits sodomy upon another without the other's consent.

Sodomy is a class B misdemeanor. Forcible sodomy is a felony of the first degree.

(as last amended by Chapter 88, Laws of Utah 1983)

 

So, as you can see, the following consensual acts are illegal in Utah:

 

Oral sex, either fellatio or cunnilingus.

Anal intercourse

Almost any form of sex between two people of the same gender

No, I'm sure they have other parts of their code that prohibit sex with a minor but then classify it as a different type of crime.
