Do you put the detergent in the empty drum and then add clothes, or the other way around?

neither man. i let the cycle run through first and get some water in there to dilute the detergent.

Are you for real???

If so, put your soap in and let the hot or warm water run about 1/2 full to dissolve the powder. It is better to use liquid - but too damn expensive to just wash clothes.

But my way helps to prevent any residue.

 

You might want to consult Greg_W - he is the expert.

 

AND the TP needs to go in the back or bottom. Mush easier to find in the dark.
