jkrueger Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 Hypocrisy? Here? You surely must be mistaken... (Oh, and I would say pagetop here, but the snaffle ate it... using the European method I do believe...) Quote

fern Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 back in my shortlived competitive shooting days I knew a kid with the left-eye/right-hand issue, I think despite that he was still a better shot than me I am right handed and eat european style BUT I snowboard goofy (right foot forward is less common than left foot forward). Dr_Flash_Amazing Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 Dr. Flash Amazing, once again recoiling in self-defense... That's about enough out of you, buster. Quote
jkrueger Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 What's important is that you can place gear and clip with either hand. Quote
rbw1966 Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 Right handed/left-eyed. Shot ambidextrously as an expert. Even got decent at shooting left-eyed with my right hand to avoid that ugly hot brass issue from the M16. Quote
RobBob Posted January 29, 2003 Author Posted January 29, 2003 rbw, my dad gave me a sweet Browning auto when I was a kid that loads on the left side. I can hold a couple of shells in my trigger hand and reload without much movement. I have other guns too now, but that old gun still my first choice. Quote
David_Parker Posted January 29, 2003 Posted January 29, 2003 (edited) That's me. I learned to shoot a gun before I had contacts. My left eye was much better so I held the rifle lefty. This sucks with shotguns that auto eject to the right! In analysing the situation, I followed suit in other sports where you hold a stick with hands apart...thus I played hockey, lacrosse lefty as well. Where my hands are together (golf, baseball) I'm righty. I waterski lefty (goofey). All else is righty. What the fuck do you call this...ambipsychodisasterous?
