That's the bike I had; the one on the left. I added a sissy bar. I think it was called the banana split, because it was a gold color, not orange. That bike was the envy of the 'hood.

My older brother had a 2-speed stingray (blue) with coaster brakes and you changed the gears by a quick back-pedal.

I had one of those when I was about, what, 10? And it had a cheater slick on the back and a sissy bar. It was too cool to ride.
