  5. quote: Originally posted by rat: just returned from wasting some time up the cascade river road with a headcold. there are some thin low-angle flows on the slabs below cascade pass and a couple steep thin drools formed directly below the sill glacier (if that's your thing). the fault-line route on the left side of j-berg's north face looks like it might be a good mixed climb right now---likely need a bivy if you went to the summit. as of 2 weeks ago, the 1985 route on j-berg (couldn't scope it from the parking lot this morning) and the triplets couloirs looked like they could use a bit more precip. from what i understand you are a steep thin drool.....

turthfully....i do not think scott posts any more arrogant then many posters here.....the matter of fact...he prolly is one of the less aggressvive types here and from what i have read....everyone seems to hate him for no real reason..... i would ike people whom think they hate scott....to post the exact reason...the exact incident......then maybe we can really see why he is hated...... i would say it might be a bit much to ask for money, especially when there is little to no interaction from the public....but i have not checked it so....i am only making conjecture..... other sites tha have lots of public interaction do ask for money....cc.com, rc.com and a host of other similar types of bbs do ask for contributions, maybe ever search out for some advertising to help offset costs.....is this a bad thing??? where would you all be without cc.com or other similar resources....prolly scoring well on your company personal reviews.... this shit is singling out a person for repeated abuse is long been played out....and really it fucking sucks....i doubt any person really cares if you hate someone.....i have yet to see a post asking "who do you hate???"(if one shows up it will be deleted) scott, dan, allison i would say are better people then the people attacking them day in and day out....... give it a rest.... 18. quote: Originally posted by Dru: Fraser Valley: The unclimbed pillar way way up above the Mousetrap is almost in. Skinny icicle almost touching down. There IS a helicopter company located right at the base of the route...it'd be a cheap flight up there... or you could bushwack to the top from Hunter Creek and rap in. "Medusa" has some ice on 'er. Bottom to top but probably too thin as yet. Maybe next week. There is a real nice two-pitch line formed up in a certain drainage off the Coquihalla near the 3km mark on the logging road. Only problem it is above about 4 pitches of WI3 that aren't formed yet. I must keep this vague cause the whole thing is unclimbed. Once Ive done it I will tell you more details. i just got back from the send...it was killer..... finally come REAL canadain ice!!!

  24. maybe i am jaded cuz i already done those routes....but still it is a situation you have no control over unless you start to help the locals work with bc rail........ so go contact the local squish boys and ask how you can help.... other then that.............u dont have shit to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  25. stall tactics....i am all for cimbing there...but i am certainly more for the rights of the property owner...they do not have to ever ever ever let you climb on their rock........so instead of trying to make them bad.....figger on climbing something else...
