If you want a real bootfitting, which is different than merely molding the liners, follow jons advice. Everyone who has done it thinks it worth the $, but they often have odd feet. Otherwise just mold them yourself. I've done them at home and had a store do them. At least one of the home moldings came out better than the store.

You aren't really that dim are you? Climbing is more dangerous than the "average", so is smoking. Both have risks quantifiable over broad populations assoicated with them. Both have societal benefits that are hard to calculate and defineable costs that are relatively easy to quantify. It comes to how society views those activities - smoking was tolerated, even encouraged, for a long time. No longer.

Carryon lumping all of Islam into one boat as the opposition - you're giving the radical fringe of Islam exactly what they want, a Holy War. Perhaps you'll argue that because good portions of the Islamic world are sympathetic to the radical cause that is acceptable - why then is not acceptable to lump the radical Christian fringe with the Republicans sympathetic to them (as W is)?
