Its interesting to see the riots opposing government cutbacks on their social programs. Greece is on the brink of complete failure and the citizens can't recognize the desperate need to reduce spending. It reminds me of our own states, recently Oregon voted on higher income taxes because of the shortfall to pay state employees. Obviously we're not nearly as desperate as Greece but we sure didn't recognize that spending should have been reduced.
