Probably dangerous, in fact If you have a diet rich in whole foods and natural nutrients, lots of sunshine and plenty of exercuse you probably won't get sick at all in the first place. People didn't used to get sick so often back in feudal times, even when poor, because they got so much fresh air and exercise. You never saw a fat serf.
