    Fucked up...

"How dare you call me a racist! I sir, am a bigot." Bigotry covers only race, ethnicity, and class. Sorry, but my dislike/distrust of Islam isn't covered under that definition either. Neither, apparently, is your hatred of Christians. Your oft-expressed hatred of Jews is another matter however, as they are covered by all three. FW. If you do not trust Islam that is fine with me. I don’t trust most religions myself. But why stop there? IMO all organized religion is a bunch of hypocritical nonsense. Hope everyone had a good turkey day. I drew the short straw on my team at work and have to work today…..lame. Hey KKKKK…..just some advice to you since you are back from your hiatus. Learn the difference between smack talk/spray and personal insults.
  3. Uh...more like sexism. And lots of it......

Which is why I voted for him. Which is why you're an ankle-grabbing moron like the rest of your crew here. When McSame stated that Obama would meet without precondition.....he stated it like that was bad....that struck me as odd being that the idea of only "meeting if you do it my way" is old school and very much a power trip. What happened to at least trying to talk about things? Diplomacy baby....it has to be first. Seems the republican all talk fight first. Including you FW.
  6. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!

  10. The Iger Sanction
  11. Link!
  12. Are you saying if the movie is mainstream and popular it cannot be ahead of its time?
  13. How about Tropical Thunder? I think Robert Downey Jr. should win an Oscar for his performance in this outrageous comedy. OK…..maybe not ahead of this time…..but funny as shit…..
  14. I wonder when Logan's Run will be remade?
  15. Young Frankenstein.
  16. All of the above. To add one more. Raiders of the lost Arch! Oh good grief! Matrix? Raiders? Then we might as well add 'Starship Troopers'. The sequel was even better! Actually, we must mention Buckaroo Banzai and Rocky Horror Picture Show since we're getting downright silly. Uh...BIG difference between Matrix and Starship Troopers. Matrix used new technology that the film industry had never seen before to film this masterpiece. Definitely ahead of its time. And remember this thread is about movies that were ahead of their time……not movies that were ahead of their time that did not suck. Like Brazil was mentioned…..definitely should be on the list….even though it is boring….yet interesting at the same time.

  18. Red Dawn Red Dawn was the first movie to be released with a Motion Picture Association of America PG-13 rating.[1] At one time, Red Dawn was considered the most violent film by the Guinness Book of Records and The National Coalition on Television Violence, with a rate of 134 acts of violence per hour, or 2.23 per minute.[2] That's an assinine measure of violence. Level of violence is measured by the explicit nature of the scenes in the film and their emotional impact, not some dumbfuck number of times per hour somebody gets beaned on the head with a wiffle bat. Shit, Tom and Jerry has more acts of violence than Red Dawn, by that measure. It's a C grade kid's film. Of course, you read it on the web, so it must be so. Watch the final scene in Taxi Driver, which was made by a real director, with real actors, and tell me which movie leaves a more lasting impression. I agree with you. I was just quoting what wiki was stating. I grew up with red dawn..... I do love the road warrior.
  19. you _are_ joking, right? No joke there. Matrix is one of the best movies in the last 10 years. Way ahead of its time. IMO
