  1. Your favorite thing to do.
  2. It appears the anchor that they were heading too is old. Not new.
  3. I wish I was more photo savy to mark where the bolts are. I did not have a book reference where the existing climbs are. I do have to make a couple of points. first this bolt ladder sucks. Its is a squeeze job to the highest standard whether is stays or not will have to be addressed very soon. But....(the liberal side of me thinks) I find it hard to complain about bolts on a wall that is COMPLETELY littered with other bolts. I am not advocating that what they did was OK....but..... If they would have just started 5 feet farther left.....but what they did makes the start of Dracula optional now. That will not do.
  4. I might visit it once. I live in the couv and the PRG has a decent location. I try not to drive to Beaverton unless I have too.
  5. Bryan, when you said said left of Dracula...I thought you meant 20 to 30 feet left. The second bolt here clearly shows a squeeze job. From the top of that pillar you clip the second bolt of dracula. It appears now you can clip a bolt from the same stance. Lame.
  6. Great idea B.....I was thinking the same thing.
  7. Just what in the hell makes you think this trick will show up on her W-2? Because its on the evening news.
  8. So who wants to go practice aid climbing on a bolt ladder this weekend?
  9. I trust Bryan with my life as well. He is one of my best friends. But until you see it for yourself JH....you are still speculating about hearsay.
  10. "more" squeeze jobs?????
  11. I see the point you are making and it is a fair one at that. Bolting a crack is different than bolting a face.
  12. I am not advocating for what they did is ok. It’s just there are two sides to every coin. Until you go see for yourself JH....you are just speculating about hearsay. .
  13. Interesting topic. ….. Lets not forget that they are doing something perfectly legal and on public land. It also appears they did research it at least a little…..or they might have been bolting right next to classic crack, drilling while hanging on good nut placement. They choose a piece of rock that either has not been climbed on or has not been climbed on for many, many years. Hence the “old” aid line. I will need to see it first hand before I pass judgment. Second I will need to do some research into exactly where the “old” aid line it and if they are crossing it. As far as ethics…..I would never do such a thing but it’s a hard argument to make for those who have placed bolts in the past that your bolts are better than theirs.
  14. A HUGE screw you to all the right wingers out there. Go Obama.
  15. Nice pics Dave. Keep em coming.
  16. Pretty spot on if you ask me. Limbaugh is a moron.

You must have me confused with another person. I do not talk smack about other climbers on this site. Ever heard of a troll?
