I drove out there once, like 3 years ago. It is pretty much a private residential neighborhood now. We didn't try to climb anything as it all looked to be on private property...

Were there no successful ascents on TR last year???

The stove seems to be the most popular item! It is tentatively gone, pending pick-up. I thought the entire roof rack system would go quickly. I guess not...

I saw that the first time you posted it! Nice job, and on your recent YOS trip with Pat. But if you ain't buying, quit pissing on this thread111!!! I stood under the route on Sunday after hiking to the top of Beacon. I must admit it was the dryest part of the wet rock. I didn't recognize any cars so I didn't stop by DZ.

Someone has dibs on my S-10 pick-up (that is why it isn't listed as Free), but if you wanted to buy the package and drive it all away the truck can be included for free (assuming most if not all items are purchased at prices posted). Truck needs a newer transmission & battery, but currently drives. Mold in cab interior (I left the window open). I was going to take it to the junk yard at one point. I won't be able to link-up with anyone until Monday. First PM received s first served, package deal trumps everyone. Thanks for looking! Have a good weekend!

I have no recommendations for Wenatchee, but if you do come to Seattle I recommend Dr McAdam. He fixed me up pretty good. I wish you a quick recovery!

I'll take your 3 ice and 2 reg screamers.

Nice TR! Seriously, only 1 tool deployed and no crampons??? Wow! I wonder if he made it to the summit like that?

I was just thinking about another trip to Red Rocks today. It is too bad that I can't make it until April. Have fun!

I am headed to Crystal this weekend, if anyone is interested...

I am not sure if this is the best forum to post. If not, please move to appropriate forum. I have snowshoes, snowboard, AT ski setup, 4wd vehicle, and season pass to soqualmie. I am looking for someone or a group to tag along with. Some overnight bivy action would be cool, but I am mainly looking for day trips on weekends. I have climbing gear as well, if you are looking to climb WI3- or less. But, I just really want to make turns right now. I have been out (in-bounds) 9 times so far this season. Half the time skiing and half the time boarding (still working on riding fakey). And, I am just now starting to get into the easier black diamond runs. So, send a PM if you are in need a new snow buddy! Thanks.

I am a Randonee newbie so I am probably wrong, but I thought the pivot point/balance on the toe was critical for changing direction while skinning and that if you adjusted the bindings forward or backwards either the tip or tail would tend to drag.

I'll take the SKS X-3 rear fender - attaches to seat post. PM sent

Someone broke into 2 vehicles (mine and another) last night between 4 and 6 pm (transition from day to night skiing). They smashed out the driver's side window on both vehicles. They stole the other guy's stereo, amp, and speakers. It looks like all they took from me was my 4 year old Hi-Tec boots (I was about to replace them anyways). They left my I-pod and phone, but obviously saw them??? I was parked in the upper West Summit lot (last 3 cars). Just a reminder that times are bad and to protect yourself. Now, I get to go find a glass shop that is open on Sundays and has the window in stock...

I have wore pantyhose underwear both while climbing and diving. I prefer a skin suit for diving and a silk-weight base layer for climbing.

Pro Mtn Sports doesn't have anymore. Said he only got 12. Anyways, I would like one. Edgeworks is too far for pickup. I guess I will have them mail it. Wish I could just pay cc.com and pick it up locally.

Why is this forum only visible when I am logged in? I couldn't find it today surfing cc anonymously from work. Also, do TRs from Vantage go here as well?
-
Yes I have, but a lot less often.

PRG does the same thing sometimes with suits of cards; hearts, spades, clubs, and diamonds. I like it as I feel more free to interpret the particular climb's actual difficulty. When routes are numbered I feel I should do them in order, regardless if graded correctly (personal preference that I don't always follow). Do you get upset if a route is wrongly graded (easier/harder) when compared to other routes within the same gym? I do sometimes. I think the "circuits" mitigate this issue well.
