Probally my first,..it was red flash blotter. after I bought it I got dropped off at home, and wound up trippin alone with my dog. we went walking in the woods at night and it seemed like everything was alive by all the shadows in the moonlight. that was back in 84.

A couple was found dead in their tent sunday,..the cause ? they left their propane lamp burning through the night with their tent zipped shut.

Wow what an inspireing read !! I have allways been in awe of this mountain and wanted to climb it, but like you I can never get anybody to go with me. My palms are all sweaty from the pics and beta. Now im really feeling it to give it a try solo. My hats' off to ya !!

Thanks Bro, that was the one. It's allready August and I haven't done anything yet ! I was up there lastweek and it really got my heart pumping again to see it. I'm gonna give it a try in the next week or so.

I thought someone here said they did it solo, had to break trail from PCT. I believe it was last summer, not sure.

Just heard over the radio a 23f climber took a 700ft fall yesterday off a ledge on Jack. Dont know the details they were very brief. Prayers to her and her family.
