I bought some of the new sonics at EMS on sale a few months back. Placed some yesterday and thought that they are a little more awkward to place than BD, but clean much easier. Overall they seem like really nice screws. Doesnt seem like the turbine would serve any purpose with them.

I've been on the east coast all week and am looking to climb this weekend. The forecast looks pretty grim online. Just wondering how persistent this forecasted fog has been over the week. What elevations have been clear and sunny? Any reports from Der LW?

You can usually do OK if you stay in the ski area such as Austin trees etc. I would probably avoid Table or Herman until things consolidate a bit. Be safe.
