I'm not new to climbing, nor am I new to being insulted. I also don't pose a threat to anyone that I'll surpass their climbing abilities. But I am concerned about my safety--I think we all have that in common (as well as all being newbies at one point). How is this rapping technique done? I have not seen this done and would like to try it. Thanks for info.

I'm working on that. And this is written by an author who comments on being judged by having darker skin than the Europeans.

I haven't read the whole thing yet, but I can't help but be a bit surprised by this comment: So the Muslims have won the Battle of Poitiers after all! Won it not by force of arms, but by peaceful immigration and fertility. Fertility? Since when has controlling woman and denying them their reproductive rites considered "fertility". Wretched.

You forgot Blunder # 1: Invading Iraq. I often hear the old 'hindsight is 20 20' line, but just about everyone I know predicted this debacle six months before the war started. We knew that the WMD line was a load of crap, just as we knew that Bush was a lying fuckup who couldn't lead his way out of a shopping bag. I agree that Iraq is lost, but would add that the Iraq we hoped to create was always a fiction. Everything now is just damage control, and I'm not sure our presence is helping. Blunder #1 Bush

I have Vertical Limit. Let me tell you why--a group of climbing buddies and I decided to get together, eat pizza and drink beer while putting a Mystery Science Theatre twist on the movie. Everyone's commentary was hilarious. As a matter of fact, it was so funny I think I shot a pepperoni through my nostril at one point. Good times, I'm telling you.
