  1. Right before the server went away today there was a reply in this thread by Peter Puget. Now it is gone. I had such a witty response, you guys would have been crapping your pants. But now...his post is gone. The post is still here in my head, waiting to be unleashed. Bring Peter Puget...you little beeyotch.

  6. you're on your way sport. include more details and you'll be up to 1000 words in no time. How did you butt itch? Which cheek? What kind of beer did you use? Bottles or cans? Ingredients on the tacos? Use any hot sauce? Finger injury...did it cause you to epic on your problem? what brand/model of pad would you recommend for the problem? how did it feel to "crush"? Did you have a sense of fear at anytime that you would fail, and if so, when you overcame this strife, did you have a sense of elation? what was your total approach time? chalk or no chalk? scrubbing or no scrubbing? were you wearing a beanie? pachouli? what brand of bouldering wear? what is your self image?
  7. not much of an imagination there kix. 1000 word would be easy. you might need to build up the approach, and really spend some time describing each move, but it would be easy to get to 1000 words.
  8. I knew there was something that CC.com is missing: THE NEW BOULDERING TRIP REPORT FORUM < Trip reports of 1000 words or more of 5 move bouldering sends

I'd like the drive a big SUV on that sonofabitch. Melt some glaciers. Club some baby seals.

    YIKES!!!

When driving out toward Port Townsend, going about 60mph, I saw some branches falling down towards my windshield...which I thought was odd because there was no wind...and then I looked in the rearview mirror and there was an alder tree, about a foot and 1/2 in diameter lying across the road just behind me. I have no idea why it fell, but less than a second made the difference for me.

Rock Slide Kills 3, Closes Westbound I-90 September 11, 2005 KING COUNTY - Three people were killed early Sunday morning in a rock slide that has shut down westbound Interstate 90 near Snoqualmie Pass. Washington State Patrol Trooper Kelly Spangler said a large section of a rock wall broke off the hillside and fell on a car just after 1 a.m., crushing the three people who were inside. "These are very, very large rocks," she said. No other cars were hit. Department of transportation engineers are working to stabilize the hillside where the rock broke free about two miles west of Snoqualmie Pass. Westbound traffic on I-90 is being stopped at Easton near milepost 70, Spangler said. Troopers expect the interstate to remain closed to westbound traffic until at least 12 p.m so a state geologist can inspect the area. The names of the three people who were killed have not been released

  21. A few good men and women are needed for spray. Lately, all that has been posted is fluff, fluff, and more fluff. We need more: political arguments Colorful and imaginative attacks Moronic ramblings (example shown here) to rally the troops to attack Climbing related spray In short, we need you to fill in the blanks and make Spray good again. If you have a complaint, then don't just stand there, do something. If you're not a part of the solution, then you're a part of the problem. If you're not with us, you're against us. Its time to stand up in your cubicle and yell, I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore!
  22. The picture is actually from Tomaz Humar's website. I'm sure pms's info is good because Colin works (or worked) for him. I posted were I got Steve and Vince's info from. I think that they were going to share a base camp with Colin & Co...but I'm not sure about that.
