    That is the thing we are working on re-adding...the TR database/search tool. For now you just need to go to each area forum and search. This was just a sacrifice we had to make in order to cut over to the new software ASAP, which makes getting new TRs coming in actually possible! We will be restoring that functionality, and making it even better.

    We are now up to 8 pages of "tagged" first ascents. That is almost 8X25= 200 FAs reported....and I know I'm missing a ton of them. I know a lot of people are humble and just report it like any other report...no "FA" tag, or anything like that. So i'm missing those ones. And I really haven't made through them all. If you reported an FA here and you don't see it in the list, let me know!     Ha yes @JosephH and there are a few other plugins that I have in mind that will really help out! But we just got to the new board, which was a huge step. Jon and I still need to sit down and go through big things we want to do, and before implementing these changes we'll want a test environment we can use to try things out in before making them "live" here. But appreciate the suggestion and keep it coming. If we can "crowd source" our vision of what is possible, we can keep making this place better. Thank you!

    Here is a link that shows you all the the first ascents reported (rock, alpine, or ice) on CC.com that I've been able to find so far. This is just the easiest FAs to find (they are marked FA in the title or whatever), and I've only looked through a few of the TR forums. http://cascadeclimbers.com/forum/search/?&page=1&tags=first ascent&sortby=newest 5 pages of FAs! So I could really use you help in finding the ones I've missed. Can be an FA, or a TR or post that is a report of an FA. Don't be shy!

    This is an excellent example of how you should never judge someone like this. Obviously young, enthusiastic, and getting after it. Everyone starts somewhere, and he was out getting better and learning. It is also a pretty cool genesis moment, but then not really because i think Marc was pretty good at pulling plastic before this. And summitchaserCJB pretty much left permanent record of how big of a douche he was at that time. But people mature and evolve, so maybe he is a cool dude now, who knows.

    I added the Mongo TR...I couldn't find the Colonial TR (though I recall what you are talking about vaguely). I did find a cool note from Jim Nelson to Forrest about Colonial that I added.
