  1. So again, I'm headed up today to Ropeup (Group camp at eight mile), leaving between 2-3. Unfortunately it doesn't look like we're have room in our vehicle (a two passenger truck). I know lots of people are headed up, so just post here if you need a ride! If you get there before I do, if the campground host asks, let them I know I'm bringing a check up to pay for the camping fee. I'm heading up with a keg of hefe and a keg of IPA. Bring a cup! We can start in on it tonight. Slide show starts at 7pm Saturday night Remember I'm going to stop by Costco and buy some sausages and buns and other fixing for eating on Saturday night, so we'll feed ya that night. I probably am not going to have budget for vegetarian stuff, so bring something if that is your thing. If you can (not required) bring something to share Saturday night! You need to provide your own food for the rest of the time. Gear Give Away We're going to have a gear raffle. You just need to show up and put your name on a ticket (tickets are free). This will be Saturday night during the slideshow. We'll give away a pack or two and some other stuff. REMEMBER: Bring some firewood for the campfire! ooooooooooooOOOOOOOO:snugtop: The weather just keeps getting better and better. Looks like people will actually be able to get some climbing done (unlike some previous drizzely Ropeups). Looking forward to hearing about some epics on Outerspace Saturday night! http://www.weather.com/weather/weekend/USWA0227?from=36hr_topnav_undeclared

  5. It helps to pretend we don't exist. Just make it your diary, and nevermind that we can all read it.
  6. Hi2U Longpause. Bring some Mario Brother powerups, and a chalice of the sweetest nectar of mead milked from the bees of paradise. I thank thee for the crutches, they been teh stronghold of my sanity.
  7. I have some rock climbing shoes for a little kid..probably will fit a 2-4 year old. Free to CC.com peeple. I also have a pair of Cobra climbing shoes that Ulee has probably outgrown at this point. I got them from Billygoat a while ago, and Ulee used them this year. They should fit a kid from 4-6 or so. Also free to CC.com peeple.

  11. Well, if you don't want to buy Made in Chinese, at least there are alternatives so you can vote with your wallet. I'm pretty sure Metolius is still made in the US. Can't wait to see those new single stems they are working on.
  12. Any Leavenworth locals have some firewood we can stop by and pick up for the campfire?

  14. Good question! Because you can't talk about it unless you've climbed it. I'm in the unauthorized camp.
  15. Maybe I could make an application that would scan my posts while you type in your post to avoid the horror of redundancy.
  16. Well, I didn't say how much I value it. Your right to express your opinion is a different matter.
  17. NO CAN HAS INBEDDING. If that is what i think it is, i posted it a couple months ago.
  18. How do you know if I liked your opinion or not? Maybe I did, maybe I didn't. I was paying you a compliment, sourpuss. I value your input.

  22. thats the price on the flyer out in front of the house. i see online it is already down to $784,950! Buyers market! What a steal! http://www.windermere.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=Listing.ListingDetail&ListingID=18678123 i watched the construction, this builder is a total cheapskate...it was really thrown together. he paid 250,000 for the lot (more than i paid for my larger lot with a house on it!), and i bet he didn't spend more than 200,000 on the house. we talked to the contractors working for him, the guy has a terrible reputation where ever he goes with pissing off all the neighbors and treating the people working for him like crap. but his money is green. it will be interesting to see how much the house will go for...with the market as it is, you'd be a fool to pay a penny over 600,000 IMO for what you're getting. Even that is way overpriced.
