Metolius already has Mastecams, so no chance of such deal. Doug has a computer file documenting Alinen's design problems. My condolences to the family Hopefully metolius will expand the range of their master cams to match those of aliens. Until then, the set and a half i have will proabaly continue to gather dust as i continue plugging in my trusty blown-out aliens. RIP Dave

Last weekend while heading over the pass towards Vantage there looked to be snow on most of Stuart. Not sure how low it went but my guess is most of the enchantments got a dusting. Prusik might be low enough though. Anybody got any pictures of the enchantments lately? I would give prusik a month or more of climbable season once stuart gets shut down. I've flown through the range in february and everything was covered in snow and ice except the s face of prusik which was sunny and snow/ice free.

I disagree. Reinhold expressed the desire for lightweight Alpine style climbing at that young age itself. His definition of Alpine goes thus. “The start of the climb is done from the bottom of the mountain and one carries all the gear on the way. Route preparation should not be done and supplemental oxygen is not to be used.” I am not trying to take anything away from Colin and Mark's ascent, I merely inserted the word "Alpine" into my link. Which ascent do I think is the most important? Colin and Mark's FWA. But, it it is worth noting Jen's and Cole's refinement in style.

After such an awesome turnout for Jens and Max's show, Adam and Cheryl at Leavenworth Mountain Sports have decided to host monthly slideshows the 2nd Tuesday of every month. The first show will be Oct. 8th from 6:30-8, presenter to be announced. BYOB, BBQ on premises. Admission is minimum $1 to go toward the WCC Lower Town Wall Purchase. Thanks for the great ropeup PORTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a blast showing slides on friday night, thanks everyone for your patience in figuring out our technical difficulties and thanks Max Hasson for sorting out those technical difficulties. I was able to raise $85 bucks for the WCC Index fund!

i can bring some firewood and our coffee maker. i'll proabaly start my show around 10pm on friday night, ill be showing some pics from the following climbs: dissapearing floor route on mt hardy, navigator wall on sleese, east face of main gunsight, megeladon on goode, and some recent stuart range freeclimbing action. bring some produce to throw at me. we'll be out bouldering on friday evening, pm me if you want to hook up for some pebble pinching.

Hells yeah boys! I was actually on my way home from the Pickets when i stopped by Drew's truck hoping to hook up with them after there recon. I got drunk and passed out next to the road, when i woke up at 1 am and they were still on the wall, i geussed either: A. they are epicing (highly unlikely given the route and setting) or B. they were sending Well done, is that 3 free ascent's on the east face of the bell for ya jens?
