There is a new chip for digitial cameras coming out in may that takes all three color readings on each pixel (R G B), i've seen some test shots and it is pretty damn amazing, much better than todays 2.X megapixel cameras. I'd say it rivals the saturation of film. <jon spray me down> the first camera coming out with this new technology... a cool 3K

LAF!!! i had both my mutts out for a hike the other day, my little fast one, GOOBIES, discovered pay dirt with a mookie stick, and her and chubnook fought over the thing, I was dying. It is pretty nasty, but so fucking hilarious at the same time!
