EPISODE V GAPERTIMMY STRIKES BACK tasteless- tasteless is talking about sexually abusing kids, and mocking those involved in climbing accidents. honestly though, it was obvious, as with some other avatars i've banned in the past that deadguy was simply here to piss people off. deadguy (the first person whom i've known that can posthumously spray) would never contribute 1 bit of value to discussions. i know most regulars here have crossed the tasteless threshold once or twice. i'm sure i have crossed other folks threshholds with my pictures of the dogs humping in my garage. but seriously dead/band/wankerguy, you, unlike the other regulars here had no intentions of ever contributing value to these discussions (as you have done once again in this thread). And, you know what, if you don't like my sense of taste, or my moderation style, don't let the cyber door of cc.com hit you on your ass as you hit your back button bro! thank you, come again SAR.... fwiw, i'm involved in the local sar group, yes it does scare me at times (some of the people i work with) i'm not offended by people slandering sar organizations, they have the right to their own opinion... i'm sure the hundreds of people out there who have personally been aided by, or have had loved ones assisted by SAR volunteers wouldn't agree with some of the postings on the board. I'm in it to help people if I'm capapble of doing so, its my way of giving back.

I spent the weekend riding the slushiez at bachy. staurday it was like being back at snoqualmie. lots of gapers and rain. PM got shut down due to 100MPH wind gusts. sunday, more lift serviced skiing, but it was much cooler and the snow was much lighter. Good times.

I'm all for spray, and for the 'mad magazine' aspect of the boards, but some avatars are simply pointless, much like deadguy. many of us have been personally affected by the recent accidents at vantage, and really, a climbing accident that results in serious injury or death should never be a joking matter. That being said, I rarely delete posts, but dg's got pulled. DG, whomever you might be, if you have concerns, you know how to get a hold of me. tim

so what is on your christmas/kwanza/hanakah/festivas wish list this season? i'm hoping to get a new harness, some new skis perhaps to mount my fritchi's on would be nice as well, but that is a lofty request and i've been way to naughty the past year to warrant such a fine gift.

<brag> well there was about 3'' of new freshiez out today on bachy, the first significant fall since october so i decided to venture out, pull myself away from spray and take some turns. there we're some nice wind freshie slabs that have formed that made for some quality turns, but the thick layer of ice underneath most of my freshiest friends detracted from the turnxperience. nevertheless, a good time was had by all, besides, I was getting paid to ski </brag> seriously though, the snowpack here at bachelor shoudl be pretty tasty by Thursday/Friday. Those without weekend plans and craving turns should come on down and do some lift serviced skiing or perhaps get back in towards b'top. I'm going to hike back there on Thursday, i'll post some pix. tim
