  1. har har har, who has time to make these things?
  2. So we have inspectors in place. Are we just going to continue "inspecting" Iraq forever? It occurred to me the other day that the whole inspection process is a total waste of time. Saddam cannot be trusted, and he has shown his willingness to be the aggressor before. Why did we settle for inspections in the first place?
  3. [quote ACCORDING TO DRU & IAIN, US MILITARY PERSONNEL (Seals, Special Forces, Rangers et.al) ARE PUSSY'S AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIGHT I've seen it, and alot of these guys are pussy's. I'll agree to that. But the SEALs? Have you ever seen one? Those guys are fuckin oak trees. I'm not talking about the ones going into BUDS. I mean the ones in the units. You can talk shit about the Army all day, (I know I do) but the SEALs are the baddest mofos around. And I ain't no pushover either, suckas.

    nice.

BWAHAHAHHAAAHHHAAA. I'm not really gay am I??!! Oh no!
  5. I have to agree with AlpineK on this one. TV licks. I can't watch 15 minutes without wanting to gnaw my arm off. It's the commercials. Orgasmic shampoo, Britney Spears, Pepsi, BUY ME BUY ME BUY ME. Shit. It's like those damned people who call asking if my windshield needs to be repaired. If my windshield needed to be repaired, then I would get it repaired. If I want a cool refreshing beverage, I'll buy a cool refreshing beverage.
  6. No shit. I think if anything, 9/11 should be a wake up call. The borders between nations are less signifigant than ever before. There will be more acts of terrorism in the United States. That is a certainty. Let's have a rally for Operation Enduring Freedom.
  7. Going out with the wrong kind of women, there g-dog - try an aggro climber chick for skiddin' with ya for some contrast... You know any? I can't seem to find one who doesn't have serious psychological issues.
  8. Ya most of the time. Damn it.

    Chilluns

Whew, no kids yet. No lady either. Both are two damned expensive and I'm not getting paid enough. I suppose if I gave up climbing I could afford one, but..... And hell ya, I'm coming back with an Iraqi bride. Screw it, I'm bringing back a whole fricken harem.
  10. Women. I can't believe no one has said women yet.

    Chilluns

Okay, maybe my patience will be taxed a little if I don't buy them hoards of noisy expensive, easily broken toys. However, I wish to encourage their creativity. Not mold them, not at all. I think that the media would do a lot more molding than I ever could. I would prefer to give them a solid base of intellect and morals before I opened them up to the consumerized public. I can't stand to go to Wal-mart these days. Especially nearby a Navy base. I see 20 year mothers dragging their screaming two year olds out of the toy aisle. I would much prefer to do this in a Barnes and Noble. A thirst for knowledge instead of plastic SHIT. That's what I'm sayin.

Yo mama's so fat, her weight can only be expressed in complex irrational numbers.
  14. Big problem in my opinion is that the average American spends entirely too little time educating him/herself further. We work, and when that's over all we want is play. Don't get me wrong, I love entertainment as much as the next smoe. But I also know that I can't stand to pass endless hours watching tv or reading People magazine. I don't know how we could turn the tide. All I know is my kids aren't going to know what a goddamn tv is until their at least 10. And toys? HA! Dirt and lincoln logs. I'll give em a hose to run water through the dirt. I'm drifting way off here. I'll stop.
  15. Shoot, you had me sold on him until I noticed the subnote about the robot collar. No collar, no dog.

  17. SC, I didn't mean to say that we're going in there because he is a bad guy. I just meant it as a bonus. I can't begin to comprehend the complexity of our relationships with other countries. I have heard of all the things you spoke of (God bless the History channel), and I agree that we have done some things that don't make any sense to me. I would really like to know EVERYTHING the Bush administration has on Iraq. If you ask me, there is a whole lot unsaid. The pieces don't fit together to make a complete picture. And I know Colin Powel wouldn't back this unless he had the whole picture. But back to the other human rights violators. I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty certain that they aren't rallying their troops to the tune of "glorified suicide." Many of these nations keep an open line of diplomacy with us. This kind of ticks me off, right here. They continue to glad hand us, so we look the other way. The thing is, their internal problems, for the most part, stay internal. Iraq stumbled over that line a decade ago. It has been on probation, and so far has been anything but rehabilitated. I think I should clarify something real quick. I'm not a war dog. If the situation in Iraq can be resolved without war, I'm all for it. I'll be there. If chemicals get involved, I'll be wearing a gas mask and MOPP gear in 100+ degree weather. I don't want war. Inspectors are getting more cooperation now. Do you suppose that's influenced by the 5 carrier groups parked next door? I would say so. We are building up, because the time for bullshit is over. Capitulate entirely, or we will let slip the dogs of war. Afghanistan: That's still a work in progress. All the things that are happening now were happening before we stepped foot over there. Only now it's not government sponsored. How can we hope to change it overnight? It's not an easy thing. But it's still worth trying. Shit, my head hurts. I had my second anthrax vaccination this week, and I'm sore as mofo. I'll think more on this and get back to you.
  18. You know, if the inspectors were allowed to continue unhindered, and Saddam dropped dead of instant heart failure, I'd agree with you. His son would have to go too. That guy is a lunatic.
  19. So we should ignore Iraq because our economy is on a downslide? How would that fix anything? I'm asking seriously, because I really don't know.
  20. SC, I have a question for you. What would you do differently right now if you were in office? Holy cow! I got a pagetop! I didn't even notice.

    Question for Dru

It's closer than Alaska. In a lot of ways.
  22. Karma will get them in long run. They'll come back in the next life as a rhesus monkey.

    GANGS OF CC.COM

Now the Recruit, on the other hand. That was great. That movie had more twists than a snake in a hay baler.
  24. I am in total agreeance. I, uh, I mean we definitely need more women here.
