Thanks guys, this is exactly the kind of stuff I want to hear. I guess I should have mentioned that I already have the GPS. I want to be able to track some of the routes and trails around here to make annotated maps. I do use the GPS on trips, and find it quite handy at times. Who's used any of them? Did you like them? I want to use eTopo in combo with a Garmin eTrex Summit, and GPSUtility. Any comments on these particular products or ones like them? I'm so bored at work today, and there's no one here to entertain me
