  1. Thanks for the information. Hey Dave and Double_E, I'm gonna bring an ice axe and give a go for the top. No need for a rope by the looks of that picture.
  2. Shit, how about to weekend of the 20-22 if the weather stays cold. I'd like to bring the little lady, but she doesn't climb so I don't know what she would do around town while I'm out hitting it up.
  3. Well, since I don't eat breakfast (overrated) and then run the stairmaster after work for an hour before doing my upper body workout the calories have to come from somewhere. Oh, you probably don't workout though do you...
  4. I heard diarhea runs in your genes.
  5. I should have my new battery for my DV camera soon. I've been itching to post some pictures.
  6. I think Dave is talking about heading into the woods and across the creek on the first hairpin turn at about 3800'. Might be able to get a car up to there, but who knows right now. You'll want to stay north of the Lichtenwasser Lake outlet stream. Once you get to the lake I imagine you can follow the ridge to the top with fairly limited exposure to avy danger, depending on those cornices in the picture from ScottP. ScottP: I'm assuming that picture is taken from the knoll to the NE of the summit (aproximately by the dark cross on the topo).
  7. Right on! Seattle Drytool Night lives! Sorry I couldn't make it out there last night and yes I still have your runners Selkirk. Sounds like you figured out the topout on that route, now I need to get the gonads to give it a try. Cheers
  8. Ohhhh! I need to change my shorts now.
  9. Or actually, almost definately.
  10. Maybe next year. My bonus should be able to cover us both for a few weeks.
  11. There seems to be this bright glowing ball of fire in the sky that has blinded me. Oh, the horror!!
  12. I was going to plan on heading up on Saturday when the game is going on, but I guess it depends on if Schuldzy wants to go out. Unfortunately, I work on MLK day (should of worked for a bank).
  13. Subway quit their daily specials, so it's better to go up to Georgio's (plus the bread is better I think).
  14. Not that anyone can tell from the topic title what the hell this thread is about anyway... but that's spray I guess.
  15. Isn't that the Leonard Nemoy [sic] book.
  16. So, spending $10 a day on lunch is making my wallet a little light lately. Any suggestions for cheap downtown eating around the Pacific Place Shopping Center?
  17. You're pretty sensitive if you took that second post as an insult. Seems to me he laid it down pretty gently to me.
  18. Damn, sounds like someone needs to get out of bed on the other side.
  19. I'm still not quite sure yet. It's early in the week I suppose and my buddies sound like they may be flaking out to watch the playoffs. I'm also thinking that renting boots is about as much as a lift ticket anyway (actually less), so maybe it's going to be a B/C kind of weekend for me.
  20. A quick correction.... That's Dave Schultz in that first picture. Here's my attempt, clockwise from lower left: Sam, Trogdor (Jason), CBS, Jens, Doxy, me Scott (weekend_climberz), Dave Schultz, Gary. P.S.: Can someone resize that pic for me. I hate scrolling sidewayrs.
  21. I'm always game. Once this weather clears up I'll be itching to do some snow camping.
  22. The 404's are basically an update 400. Hope that helps.
  23. Well the forcast looks pretty bitchin' and my buddy of course is spending the week in Whistler (bastard!!) through next week. Anyone want to head up to Litchenburg and see what the new snow ski's like on Saturday or Sunday?? Avy conditions permitting of course. Just thinking about a day trip right now, unless you can change my mind. Shoot me a PM or something.
  24. An obvious troll: Don't believe the troller
  25. MMMMM.....Pizza and beer. My favorite
