I meant big pharma as in their being able to sell drugs to taxpayer funded programs for 30% more since Medicare part D (voted by R-held congress in 2006), which over time will cost 10-100's of billions. Many sectors that take gov hand-outs are in the toilette (i.e. airlines for the last 30 years, banks, etc..).
