At that point, it doesn't matter if you ordered over the phone or online. I find it hilarious when people refuse to order online, then they hop on the wireless phone to make the order for the shopping systems I've worked on, I make a point to discard all credit info after verification and sale. I don't want to be responsible for that stuff, even if it makes online shopping more convenient for people.
