are you trying to tell me you have never noticed the difference between a clit that is stimulated and engorged and one that is not? I just wanted you to stimulate me with what we both know. Thanks, my keypad is sticky for some reason... :lmao:

I'll have to remember this! What about pine nuts? I love them, but instead bought some bulk walnuts the other day to add to my salads. i dont know about pine nuts. maybe shrri does??? i just know my trainer always says almonds are walnuts... when i try to sneak cashews in she scowls at me i am at 1610 calories for the day. i walked a mile, did 5 minutes as fast as i could on the rowiing machine and 5 minutes as fast as i could on the eliptical all on my lunch hour. after work i walked with my 11 year old. more of a stroll than anything, but at least it was something. i am not sure how far we went. but it was fun

the woman that taught me to climb worked on one of the wilderness therapy expiditions. i don't know anything about Catherine but the wilderness program with her name is wonderful. IMHO

I wouldn't say that is about women and their highest triumph. more like some bitches should stay out of the mountains... but then i liked "The Climb" way better. Me thinks you are confusing Touching the Void with Into THin Air, although neither is really focused on girls. you are right i am. touching the void was a great story.. no girls in it though...

I totally love steph davis... i am so asking for that for my birthday.

I missed a whole in one on at golf once. I made it in the hole on the temperary winter green in July. Missed by three months. Ok, mid life crisis at 23. Cool. Now when do we get the bear? I have managed to have a mid life crisis once a decade since the 80's. I am working on my one for my 30's....

that would have been my other suggestion. she is totally amazing!!

it was called "Leading Out" you can get it at amazon...apologies if you have read that one already

I don't have a copy of it and i don't know if it is still in print but when i first started climbing i read a book that I *think* was called "She Climbs." it was about all the first notorious climber women. the first woman to summit everest. there was a story about one of the women that summited all over the PNW she used to stash her skirts and petticoats and climb in her bloomers. really inspiring and great stories about really amazing women, not just as climbers but really great women in their strength and compassion and personal strenghth.

You make more $ than me, then again, I don't think we've met, so you don't know me. Why not ask for a financial statement? You don't want to build a life with someone with terrible credit. Or fight down the road because someone is paying late on bills. Too bad my bf and I both wait until collections to pay bills. well ya see there you have a good match. I have found it isn't so much how much you make it is how you view and handle money that makes or breaks. truly.

i have this problem too. so i buy a big bulk amount and then put 12 in a seperate little baggies. problem solved. i love almonds. they are my favorite snack besides fruit
-
A small handful of almonds(you can substitute any nut, I imagine) will stave off the hunger pangs, providing a nice little pick-me-up without the big let down afterward that you might get from a simple-carb snack. Think "sustainable energy." Nuts are powerhouses in that respect. Edited to add: Yeah, what Muffy just said! I like the nice and slow part. almonds and walmuts... other nuts are not as good for you.

Their "Light Vanilla" is my post-climbing treat from the Leavenworth Cold Stone. Yummy with almonds as a mix in. The "like it" size has 260 calories/7g fat(without the mix-in). ummm i love you. you just saved my life and my summer!!!! do you know how many calories are in the sinless sorbet?
