YEP!!! i dug them when they were little too, when they were asleep. i jokingly tell people humans would make better marsupials, as our offspring are not all the way done when they are born. and that god made babies cute when they sleep so parents don't kill them.

thank you so much for you honesty. I suffered pretty sever postpartum depression after both my boys were born. I did not immediately bond with my children. I knew what i needed to do to care for them and i did those things, but i did not have those "feelings" that other mommies said they had. I had to put both boys down in a safe place and walk outside on more than one occasion. generally about once a day. i read an article recently about a couple who were vegan who literally starved their 6 week old baby to death by feeding it soy milk and apple juice.they wanted to raise their baby with the same kind of food choices they were making. they are both in prison now. even the best parents have angry moments, frustration, disconnectedness, and challenges. it is what you chose to do in those moments that tells the kind of person you are. there are some people who should not be allowed to breed. it is the ones who can't tell the difference between what you wanna do in the heat of the moment and what the right thing to do is. I am done with babies forever as well. all the other mommy's in my office think i am insain because i don't run down the hall to see the baby if there is one in the office.

I have been on a synthetic testosterone before called Lupron. It was a medical choice at the time to stop menses. It caused me to go into menopauses. I had hot flashes and every thing. that is about as close to juicing as i want to be. I did that 2 times for six months each time. I was a guennie pig. interesting but i have had enough.

IMHO children under the age of 18 should not be using the internet unsupervised. My boys have a list of approved websites they can visit. I do check their cache. they know they can clear it and if i find it empty they are in as much trouble as if i found a website they were not supposed to visit. in the 5 or 6 years I have been posting on cc.com, I have only ever met and/or talked to one user under the age of 18. He was in college living in a dorm. His parents climb at the gym where i climb. I feel the same way about cc.com that i do about myspace. This is an adult tool. Geared towards adults. I will not edit my thoughts or ideas because some miscreant has discovered the site or figured out how to read my blog. If a child is intelligent enough to use the tool called the internet shame on the parents for not safeguarding their child. It is a bit like offering your child a chain saw but not making sure they know how to use it.

there are also rules laws and social standards regarding the use of tobaco and alchol that would also apply to other substances. i don't forbid my children anything. they know they CAN do anythign they want, they are geting bigger than i am. i inform them of what the consequences will be if they chose to do something that is not acceptable to our family code. it really is all in the language you use.

i have friend who says there really only needs to be 3 laws. don't fuck with people don't fuck with other peoples stuff use your common sense
