I'll confirm, you have not been banned, so it must be some issue with the computer you're using. If say, you're trying to post from Trask's home computer, it might be an issue of a banned IP address. I've always thought one of the cool things about the northwest is that it didn't have the savage division and rivalry between skiers and boarders, none of those "skis only" self important areas and rude encounters on the slopes are very much the exception. Inexperienced devotees of either persuasion offer plenty of vexation, but it's more about individuals than it is which variation of the sport they practice. Ed Seedhouse has talked up the Wapiti Valley, but it for all that it's on the island, it doesn't sound anywhere near Victoria. Here's a link to his online guide in case you're interested: Wapiti Valley There's also some climbing around Port Townsend in Washington (ferry ride again) but I'm not sure it's worth what the Black Ball Line charges for that crossing. Seems like I might have seen a guidebook around somewhere or other.

You can assert that you are offended and your feelings are hurt, but people routinely make fun of what each other believe around here, whether it's bolts, politics, gun rights, or religion.
